Riverside communities are taking every step possible to prevent COVID-19 cases by following the guidelines of leading health organizations. We want to accommodate your request to deliver items to your loved ones and have established the following guidelines with safety in mind.

Flowers
Acceptable: Cut flowers
Not acceptable: Flowers planted in soil (possible source of contamination) or silk flowers

Food
Acceptable: Items made from a commercial kitchen or packaged food from a grocery store
Not acceptable: Homemade food items

Clothing
Facility will launder prior to delivering to resident.

Porous materials
Things that can’t be easily wiped down like cardboard will be accepted. However we are advised to let materials sit for at least 24 hours before delivering to resident.

Nonporous materials
Things that can be easily wiped down such as hard surfaces will be accepted. Examples include shampoo bottles, hand cream, etc.

Please be sure to label all items with the resident's name.

In order to carefully manage this process, we are asking that items be dropped off at the main entrance or security area Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. You may also send packages through the mail.
