Job Summary: Works under the direction of the SVP of Quality. Serves as a statistical expert and analyst to support quality reporting. Riverside Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Labor Pool Nurse Supervisor.

Job Summary: Works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Managers and assumes responsibility for the smooth and effective operation of the hospital in the absence of the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing. Assists team members in the interpretation and application of facility policy. Coordinates the provision of appropriate staffing levels and resources for quality patient care. Sr. Maintenance Tech (Isle of Wight, Va)

Job Summary: The senior maintenance tech will report to the facility administrator with a dotted line to the maintenance director. Responsible for meeting the long term Care and assisted living fire and life safety code as well as the CMS and Virginia Department of Social Services regulations. Will be required to perform the duties of the director in director's absence. Specific duties related to fire and life safety include water temp checks, generator checks, fire/life systems safety checks, wander guard monitoring and troubleshooting, and will conduct fire and other emergency drills on schedule.

System Director Rehab Services (Newport News, Va)

Job Summary: The System Director has overall accountability for providing leadership, direction and administration of day-to-day operations associated with Rehabilitative Services throughout Riverside Health System. The System Director is accountable for programmatic growth and continuous improvement of clinical services to meet the needs and expectations of those served by the System while maintaining a high level of visibility and engagement within each Region. This position is responsible for supporting and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility and efficiency. Serves as a member of the LLH executive leadership team, building and supporting effective collegial relationships with applicable internal and external constituents and stakeholders and ensuring optimal effectiveness and strategic positioning.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Physical, Occupational Therapy or Speech (B. S. or M. S.) including supervised affiliations, as required.
