Riverside Walter Reed Hospital's OR is currently undergoing a significant expansion and renovation. It will consist of a new two story, 54,000 sq-ft surgical center with 4 new ORs, 2 procedure rooms, a pharmacy, and new pre/post care areas. This closely knit OR team has great longevity with employees and experience and low turnover. Staff is cross-trained to GI lab, Pre, Post, and CSR.

Education: BSN or higher required or willing to enroll in program within 6 months and complete BSN within 5 years.

Certifications/Licensure: Licensed or eligible by the state of Virginia as an RN required. Specialty certifications such as CNOR, CASC, CCRN preferred. ACLS certification required within 6 months.
