Obstetrics/Gynecology Residency Program - Current Residency

Currently we have 12 Residents. We are approved for 3 resident positions at each level.

Allison Blumenfeld, M.D.

Dr. Blumenfeld completed her Medical Education at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. She obtained a B.S. in Biology at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, Virginia.

Courtney Stirn, D.O.

Dr. Stirn completed her Medical Education at Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She obtained a B.S. in Biomedical Science, from University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida.

Amy Tran, D.O.

Dr. Amy Tran completed her Medical Education at Lincoln Memorial University- DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. She obtained a B.S. in Biochemistry, from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, Virginia.

Dr. Ankita Mishra completed her Medical Education at Campbell University. She obtained a B.S. in Public Health at East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina.

Tyler Schimmoeller, M.D.

Dr. Tyler Schimmoeller completed his Medical Education at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He obtained a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at University of Akron, Akron, Ohio.

Haylee Wilson, D.O.

Dr. Haylee Wilson completed her Medical Education at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine - Virginia. She obtained a M.A. in Biomedical Sciences at Bluefield College, Bluefield, VA and a B.S. in Biology at Frostburg State University, Frostburg, MD.

Upon graduation she joined Virginia women's Center, Midlothian, Virginia.

Dr. Lilliam Clinger completed her Medical Education at University of New Mexico, School of Medicine. She obtained a B.S. in Biology from University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM.

Upon graduation she joined Women's Specialists of Clear Lake (HCA), Houston, Texas.

Dr. Shanti Nambiar completed her Medical Education at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. She obtained a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA.

Upon graduation she joined Greensboro OB/GYN Associates, Greensboro, North Carolina.

Zachary Wohlgemuth, M.D.

Dr. Zachary Wohlgemuth completed his Medical Education at Ross University School of Medicine. He obtained a B.S. in Psychology at Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL.

Upon graduation he joined The Group for Women, Norfolk, Virginia.

Dr. Anh Butz completed her Medical Education at Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She obtained a B.S. in Chemistry, Psychology-Behavorial Neuroscience from Yale University, New Haven, CT. She also obtained a M.Sc. in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.

Upon graduation she joined Elite Women's Health in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Ryan Nance, D.O.

Dr. Ryan Nance completed his Medical Education at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine - Carolinas Campus. He obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, NC.

Upon graduation he joined McLeod OB/GYN Associates in Florence, South Carolina.

Jeffrey Woo, M.D.

Dr. Jeffrey Woo completed his Medical Education at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. He obtained a B.S. in Biotechnology at the University of California, Davis, CA.

Upon graduation he gained a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Scripps Health in San Diego, California.
