Sarah Conaway, Director of Marketing 
Sarah Conaway has been the Marketing Director at Warwick Forest since 2008, shortly after the expansion of Independent Living opened. She previously worked in sales for Hall Acura and as the Finance Director for Charles Barker Lexus, both in Newport News, VA. She enjoys marketing because people are her passion and she loves helping seniors plan for the future while offering them an active, maintenance-free lifestyle. "Getting to know our residents is my favorite part of working at Warwick Forest. They are so friendly and thoughtful. They are truly part of my family."

Sarah received her Bachelor's Degree from Longwood University in Communication Studies. A native of Hampton, VA she currently resides in the Foxhill area with her husband Daniel.

April Kelly, Marketing Counselor
April Kelly was born in Richmond, Virginia and raised in King and Queen County. April is the youngest of six children.  April received her bachelor's degree in 2003 from Norfolk State University in Business Administration. She went on to earn her MBA from Everest University Online in October 2010. April gave birth to her first child in June of 2010, Maleyah. She enjoys shopping and spending time with her daughter. 

Kelli Tatum, Marketing Counselor
Kelli Tatum is a native of Lynchburg and has been a part of the Hampton Roads community for ten years. She and her husband, Jeff, live in Newport News with their two daughters. Kelli started her career in broadcasting as a television and radio news anchor/reporter in Roanoke for WDBJ 7 television, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Lynchburg College. She joined her husband in Tidewater in January 2001. Since then, she has worked in many facets of healthcare marketing. "I am so excited to be a part of such a wonderful, active community! I enjoy getting to know the residents and being part of the Warwick Forest family."
