C. Renee Moss, M.D., Medical Bariatrician
Dr. Moss has been practicing physical medicine and rehabilitation for the past 10 years. She is also devoting her knowledge and skills to medical weight loss and functional medicine. She earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia and completed her residency training in PM&R at the University of Missouri -Columbia. She is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine. She is completing the Functional Medicine Certification Program and is board eligible for the American Board of Bariatric Medicine. Dr. Moss has been working with patients with weight management issues in her Williamsburg wellness practice for the last four years. Her husband, also a physician, and four children live in Williamsburg.

David Salzberg, M.D., Bariatric Surgeon
Dr. Salzberg earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia where he also completed residency training in general and trauma surgery. He completed a fellowship in liver, kidney and pancreas organ transplant surgery at MCV and in advanced laparoscopic surgery, bariatric surgery, surgical sonography, and hepatobiliary surgery at The University of California, San Francisco Affiliated Hospitals. He holds a particular practice interest in bariatric surgery, minimally invasive surgery and liver, kidney and pancreas surgery. Dr. Salzberg is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. His wife, also a physician, and two sons live in Virginia Beach.

Heather Mason, Patient Navigator
Ms. Mason is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a bachelor's degree in health services administration, and a Certified Professional Coder. She is currently working on her master's degree in healthcare administration. Ms. Mason has been with Riverside for a year. She lives in Williamsburg with her son.
Katherine-Alice Werner, Registered Dietitian
Ms. Werner graduated from the University of Alabama's Coordinated Program in Dietetics with a bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition & Hospitality Management. By coordinating her internship into her bachelor program, she was able to complete school while working as a student dietitian in various hospitals in the Tuscaloosa/Birmingham area. She later became a clinical dietitian and diabetes educator in Americus, Georiga, where she was heavily involved in philanthropic work with her church and international student ministries. After living and traveling in Asia for some time, she decided to settle down in Williamsburg, Virginia, home to the rest of her family.

Andrea Chandler, Office Manager
Ms. Chandler has an associate's degree in business administration and she is also a Certified Professional Coder. She is currently working towards her bachelors in healthcare administration. She has been employed with Riverside for six years and most recently at Riverside Hampton Roads Neurosurgical and Spine Specialists as the Senior Coder. Ms. Chandler and her two daughters live in Newport News.
