Lifeline Emergency Response
Riverside Lifeline is a small, lightweight, waterproof device used to call for help in an emergency. The Lifeline Personal Help Button can be worn as a bracelet or pendant. If you experience an emergency, such as a fall or other accident, you simply press the button and an in-home "communicator" device connects to a trained Riverside Lifeline Monitor. The Monitor will determine and dispatch the help you need. Our Lifeline Monitors are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Lifeline service also sends vital medical information while you are on the line, and if you are unable to speak, help is sent to your home immediately. You and your loved ones can feel safe and secure staying at home with the timely, expert response of the Riverside Lifeline system.

NEW Lifeline with AutoAlert

For additional security, Riverside also offers Lifeline with AutoAlert. Along with all the features of standard Lifeline, the AutoAlert service will automatically call for help if it detects a fall, even if you are unable to press the button.

Medication Dispensing Service
Riverside's Medication Dispensing Service ensures a 98.6% compliance average nationally (based on Philips national research data), the highest of any medication dispensing service available today. This service is available to help you take the right medications at the right time.

The dispensing unit can hold up to 60 doses of medications at one time, stored in covered pill cups. Your caregiver or a qualified Riverside home care nurse will periodically load the dispensing device, so all you need to worry about is listening for the voice announcement telling you when it's time to take your next dose. The service also has caregivers in mind—it alerts them if a dose is about to be missed and allows them to track compliance through a web-based program. This user-friendly, affordable system can save you and your loved ones from the dangerous results of missed medication and incorrect dosages.

Health Telemonitoring Service
Your basic vital signs provide a brief snapshot of your current health status. They can signal the onset of adverse events and alert medical staff of the need for intervention. By using Riverside's Health Telemonitoring System, you can check your basic vital signs at home and upload them to a web-based program that is regularly monitored by our medical care team.

The devices are wireless and easy to use; you'll only spend a few minutes each day taking your measurements. If there are any unusual or potentially harmful measurements, the care team will alert your physician. Such early detection may lead to fewer doctor visits and hospital stays. You will also have peace of mind knowing that some of your most important health measurements are being monitored by experienced medical professionals.
