A Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
More than a day center, Riverside PACE provides older adults personalized care plans, complete with medical care, prescription medication, scheduled transportation, meals and engaging programs at licensed centers in Hampton and Richmond. Participants return to their homes at night.

Riverside is affiliated with this unique, non-profit center in Williamsburg. CEAGH's mission is to improve the lives of older adults in our community. CEAGH services include Driver Evaluations, Geriatric Assessments, Clinical Trials and Research on Aging.
