Across the Commonwealth, Riverside is a leader in providing the continuum of rehabilitation services needed to help you recover from accidents, surgeries or illness that may limit movement or function. We understand that even a small loss of independence can be frustrating and while in our care, you will be treated with respect, compassion and encouragement. Our goal is to work with you to restore movement and help you return to every day activities as quickly and safely as possible.
If you think you or a family member may benefit from rehabilitation services, please contact Riverside Central Discharge at (888) 594-5600, where our staff can help determine what type of rehabilitation service best suit your needs. Also, we can talk with your insurance company about treatment options and help secure physician referrals. While Riverside has many rehabilitation services and facilities, not all services are right for each patient. Your doctor may recommend that you use several services throughout your rehabilitation.
