Elbow Conditions

The elbow joint is formed by three long bones in your arm; the humerus of the upper arm, and the paired radius and ulna of the forearm. Four sets of muscles help move the joint and are attached to the bones by thick tendons. Many times elbow pain is the result of how you use your elbow and arm.
