Immediate Self-Care
The key to treating many types of knee pain is to quickly break the cycle of inflammation that starts immediately after an injury. When your knee is injured, your body releases substances that can lead to inflammation, more damage, and thus more inflammation! You can break the inflammation cycle by using over-the-counter, anti-inflammatory medicines and P.R.I.C.E., a self-care treatment method.
