Services:
Outpatient nutrition sessions with a Registered Dietitian are available for patients of all ages with varying needs including but not limited to weight management, cardiac, pre-renal, oncology, gestational diabetes, tube feeding, and or Total Parenteral Nutrition concerns. Patients will gain knowledge on nutrition and meal planning based on their individual needs.
One-hour initial session and 1/2-hour to one-hour follow-up sessions are available. Group sessions are also available based upon need. A completed Outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy Referral Form (available through Central Scheduling) is preferred prior to setting up an appointment.

Individual and/or follow-up nutrition sessions are available for patients with diabetes, gestational diabetes, pre-renal, and cardiac concerns. Patients will gain knowledge on weight management, meal planning, portion control, snacking, reading food labels, and recipe modifications. A physician referral is needed prior to scheduling an appointment with the Registered Dietitian.

Diabetes Services at the Endocrinology and Diabetes Center specialize in diabetes wellness. Nutrition assessments and education are available for all ages and all diagnoses as well. Services are available Monday- Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE) are available to teach blood glucose monitoring, insulin, medications, etc. to individuals as well as group classes.

Services:
Riverside Wellness and Fitness Center (RWFC) offers individual and group classes and nutrition services including the nationally licensed weight loss program, DIETCISE. DIETCISE is an 8-week program that combines effective fat-burning exercise in a non-intimidating group setting with nutrition education. Certified group exercise instructors and Registered Dietitians teach the program. Dietitians offer private individual nutrition services for weight management, diabetes, hypoglycemia, cancer, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, prenatal, eating disorders, sports nutrition, pediatrics, vegetarian, celiac disease and other special diets.
