Support Groups

Sharing experiences, challenges, talking about fears and celebrating triumphs; all are a vital part of the healing process.  Riverside encourages patients and their friends and families to seek the support of those in similar circumstances who can provide a helpful hand, a listening ear or a contagious laugh.  We facilitate monthly support group meetings where educational materials are provided, and often, one of our physicians will share new health information. Research shows that support groups can reduce anxiety and its negative effects on overall patient health.

If you want to join one of our support groups or you want to start a support group of your own, please contact us
