This weekly class is designed for people who are at risk for diabetes. We'll show you the roles that lifestyle, exercise, and nutrition play in managing prediabetes. You'll learn about risk factors, diet modification, and how to set goals for your health.
A physician referral or prescription is required to attend this class.
