After Treatment
Remission
Complete response or complete remission is the disappearance of all signs of cancer. Following treatment, including surgery and chemotherapy, you are considered to have a complete response if:
-
The physical examination is normal
-
No evidence of cancer appears on the CT scan and other imaging methods
-
Your blood levels of CA-125 are normal
After your treatment, you will still need to have your health monitored by your doctor.
