Your insurance may require you to call your
primary care physician after hours or the next day
to obtain an authorization for your use of the
Urgent Care Center.

Appointments are not required at an urgent care center. You do not have to be a Riverside Medical Group patient to be seen by an urgent care physician. If you do not have a primary care physician, after appropriate treatment, the urgent care team will assist you in securing one.
