A personal trainer is a specially trained fitness professional who can help you set—and achieve—your fitness goals. Your trainer will assess your current health status and then work with you to develop a fitness program that supports your goals. They'll train you on equipment and technique so you exercise safely. Trainers are a resource you can turn to when you have questions and a cheerleader when you need that extra motivation or enthusiasm.

Personal Training Sessions
Each session generally lasts for an hour and includes cardio, strength training and flexibility components so you get a well rounded work out. Your trainer will design your program around your specific goals.
Personal Training Fees
