The great thing about the fitness programs at Riverside Wellness and Fitness Center is that whether you're just getting started or you've been working out for years, there's something for everyone.
Our Center is staffed with certified group exercise instructors, exercise physiologists and personal trainers who can answer your questions, teach you how to use the equipment and help you develop a fitness program tailored to your abilities and interests. Above all, we are committed to your overall health, wellness and safety.

Investing in a fitness assessment will provide a baseline against which you can measure your progress. As you see yourself making advancements towards your goals—like losing weight, building muscle and increasing your aerobic capacity--you'll remain engaged, confident and enthusiastic! A fitness assessment also makes you aware of your strengths and potential limitations so you can plan your workouts to succeed.
During your fitness assessment, a Riverside Wellness and Fitness Center professional will assess your:
- cardiovascular fitness
- muscle strength
- muscle endurance
- body composition
