Dietcise is Riverside Wellness and Fitness Center's 8-week weight loss program that combines effective fat-burning exercise in a non-intimidating group setting with nutrition education emphasizing balance, variety and moderation. Certified Group Exercise Instructors teach the exercise program and a Registered Dietitian teaches the nutrition classes. Dietcise is for anyone desiring to:

  • lose body fat
  • maintain a healthy weight
  • improve eating habits
  • start an exercise program and/or
  • have better control of blood sugar, blood cholesterol and blood pressure.

Average weight loss for Dietcise graduates is one pound per week with two to four inches lost from waist and hips. Approximately 82 percent of successful Dietcise graduates maintain their weight loss one year after program completion.

Each Dietcise program starts with a free Open House so you can learn more about Dietcise. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Weigh-ins, 6 - 6:15 p.m.
  • Nutrition Class, 6:15 - 7:15 p.m. (Tuesday only)
  • Dietcise Exercise Class, 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Nutrition Class
There are eight weekly motivating and interactive group nutrition classes taught by our registered dietitian. Plus, you'll receive a Dietcise Notebook that includes:

Dietcise Exercise Class
This beginner level, low impact aerobic class is taught by a Certified Aerobic Instructor and meets twice a week.

Pre- & Post-Analyses
Body Composition Analysis at Week 1 and Week 8: Find out what the scale doesn't tell you. Our machine measures your percent fat and percent lean.

8-Week Membership Privileges
