Join us in celebrating Medical Fitness Week, April 23-27, 2012 sponsored by the Medical Fitness Association.  Attend one of our free presentations, have your BMI, blood pressure and sugar checked. Bring a friend in on Friday, April 27 and show them all the advantages of being a member of a medically based Wellness Center!

11:00-12:00 p.m.     Injury Screenings by Allison Barton, PT.  Member lounge
 
6:00-7:00 p.m.     Quality Nutrition for an active lifestyle.  Presentation by Crystal Witte,RD.  Member lounge.
 
Tuesday April 24
9:00-11:00 a.m. & 6:00-8:00 p.m.    Body Compositions and Blood Pressure checks.  Fitness area.
 
11:00-12:00 p.m.     Injury Screenings by Karissa Serio, PT.  Member lounge
 
12:00-1:00 p.m & 6:00-7:00 p.m.    Injury Prevention when Exercising.  Presentation by Liza de la Cruz, MS and  Kelsey Holloman, ACSM-HFS.  Member lounge.
 
Wednesday April 25
5:00-8:00 a.m.     Body Compositions and Blood Pressure checks.  Fitness area.

12:00-1:00 p.m.     Benefits of Aqua Therapy.  Presentation by Allison Barton, PT and Amy Williams, PTA.  Member lounge.
 
6:00-8:00 p.m.     Women's Sport Bra Fittings.  Presentation by Robin Snaden from Fleet Feet Sports.  Member lounge.

Thursday, April 26

9:00-11:00 a.m.     Blood Sugar Testings by Jodi Olson, RD.  Member lounge
 
9:00-11:00 a.m. and 4:00-6:00 p.m.     Healthy Food Demonstration and Samples.  Presentation by Holly Hicks, RD and Crystal Witte, RD.  Member lounge.
 
11:00-12:00 p.m.     Injury Screenings by Stephanie Barnes, PT.  Member lounge
 
Friday, April 27
All Day     Free entry for public.  So bring a friend with you to workout!
