If you are experiencing pain and traditional pain management techniques have not been effective, you may benefit from Riverside’s state-of-the-art pain management and rehabilitation program where we are dedicated to helping you take back control.

Services We Provide

Pain Management and Rehabilitation services are offered on both an outpatient and inpatient basis. We offer a variety of innovative interventional treatment options designed specifically for you to meet your pain-control needs. Services we provide include:

  • Epidural steroid injections/Interlaminar and transforaminal
  • Sacroiliac joint injections
  • Hip injections
  • Knee injections
  • Trigger point injections
  • Shoulder injections
  • Nerve blocks – including occipital
  • Acupuncture
  • Facet blocks
  • Radiofrequency ablation
  • Bursa injection

 

Meenakshi Bindal, M.D.

Dr. Bindal earned her medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of Virginia. Dr. Bindal is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and board-certified in Pain Medicine. She is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Bindal looks forward to working with rehabilitation specialists at the center in helping our community become pain-free and functioning at their highest possible potential.

 

Rehabilitative Services

Our registered physical and occupational therapists help you regain physical functionality and self-manage your condition. Riverside’s rehabilitative team consists of:

State-of-the-Art Facility  

Opening in January 2009, the Pain Management and Rehabilitation Center is located at 300 Mt. Clement Park. This 30,000 square foot building offers a clean state-of-the-art environment conveniently located for our community members. The building houses the latest physical therapy equipment, is spacious and allows for optimal patient privacy.

 

Patient Information

For your fist visit, you will need:

  • Any diagnostic study reports or results.
  • A referral from your primary care physician.
  • You will be asked to complete a medical history.

 

Insurances

  • We accept most major insurances.


Hours

  • Riverside Pain Management and Rehabilitation Center is open Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
