Peninsula Gastroenterology & the Riverside Endoscopy Center provide comprehensive care in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the stomach, intestines, esophagus, pancreas, gall bladder, liver and biliary tract.
Care and treatment are provided in two locations: Riverside Regional Medical Center and Peninsula Gastroenterology, located in the Port Warwick area of Newport News. Both locations offer convenient outpatient services and both include an endoscopy suite where specialists look inside the body using an endoscope - a video instrument that enables them to view abnormalities in most areas of the digestive system, provide treatment, and take samples for testing.
