I have been a patient for the past 3 years. The staff is very professional and courteous. I have the utmost respect for my doctor who took care of me. He cares and listens and takes the time to follow up on any given situation. For example, I had a mammogram done a day before my scheduled pap smear. On my scheduled visit with my doctor, I explained to him that they wanted me to redo my mammogram because they saw something that looked like a dot on the x-ray. My doctor also did a routine check of the breast to feel for any lumps. I was reassured that he did not feel any lump but said to have the second x-ray done to make sure. To make a long story short, I did have the second x-ray and everything came back normal. The care and genuine concern for me will make me a patient with this practice for as long as I live. - G. Every time I enter the doors of Riverside's Women’s Healthcare, I am amazed at the unique atmosphere of their warm, friendly and caring staff. The warm greeting of the receptionist by the door and the inviting waiting room always puts me at ease, no matter how serious the reason for my visit. Every staff member from the time I enter seems to appreciate me as a patient, care about my needs, and let me know that they are there to serve me.
