Telephone Inquires
Please feel free to call us Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your care. Our designated telephone nurse will discuss your concerns, and return your telephone call with specific instructions and recommendations. Be sure to provide a telephone number where you may be reached during working hours.
Urgent Situations
In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go immediately to the nearest hospital Emergency Department. For an emergency that is not life-threatening, please call us during office hours to discuss your condition with one of our nurses. For a problem after office hours that requires the attention of your physician, please call our office. You will be given instructions for contacting our on-call physician. He will respond to your call as soon as possible. If you have not received a response within ten minutes, your message may not have been received. Please call our answering service again.
