Please call the office at (757) 345-0381 for an appointment or use myHealth eLink. We have a limited number of same-day sick appointments available. If you are sick, please call us and we’ll arrange for you to be seen.

Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment.

Please call the physician-on-call at (757) 594-2000. In case of an emergency, call 911.

Refills and referrals
If you need a refill or referral please call the office during regular hours or make a request through myHealth eLink.  If you need an emergency prescription refill outside of regular office hours, please call (757) 594-2000.
