Brian Billings, M.D. Brian-Billings

Brian Billings, M.D. earned his medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. He completed residency training and a subspecialty in Colorectal Surgical Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Billings is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Marshall Cross, M.D. earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia and completed residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina Teaching Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina.  He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

 

 




John H. Donohue, M.D. Dr. Donohue
Dr. Donohue graduated from Harvard Medical School and completed his internship and residency at University of California, San Francisco. He completed a research fellowship at the Surgery Branch of the National Cancer Institute. Dr. Donohue also completed a clinical fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Donohue comes to Riverside after a 25-year practice at the Mayo Clinic. He specializes in surgical oncology and procedures for melanoma and cancers of the breast, stomach, liver and pancreas. He also handles gallbladder and hernia surgeries. Dr. Donohue grew up outside of New York City. Married, with grown sons, he enjoys golf and history in his spare time.
 



David Gore, M.D. Gore, David MD
Dr. Gore earned his medical degree at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Medicine and completed his residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School Health Services. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery.






Kendall Jones, Jr., M.D., MBA, FACS Kendall-Jones
Kendall Jones, Jr., MBA, M.D. earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and a Master's of Business Administration at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.  He completed residency training at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill and is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Jones is Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

R.B. Lawson, M.D. earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed residency training at EVMS Health Services and is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery.









Daniel D. Munn, M.D. Daniel-Munn
Daniel Munn, M.D. earned his medical degree from the Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He completed residency training at the Naval Medical Center and is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery.   









William L. Newcomb, M.D. William-Newcomb
William Newcomb, M.D. earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia. He completed residency training at Palmetto-Richland Memorial Hospital and fellowship training at the Carolinas Medical Center. Dr. Newcomb is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Ron Post, M.D. earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, Washington, D.C. He completed residency training at North Shore University Hospital/New York University Medical School where he also served as chief resident.  Dr. Post is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Sean Nix, D.O. earned his medical degree at the University of Health Sciences. He completed residency training at Des Peres Hospital and fellowship training at Barnes Hospital through Washington University. Dr. Nix is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery/Critical Care.   







Scott F. Reed, M.D. Reed

Dr. Reed graduated from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his residency at York Hospital. He completed his fellowship training at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Surgery/Surgical Critical Care.


Williamsburg

Harry Lee Kraus, Jr., M.D. Harry-Kraus
Harry Lee Kraus, Jr., M.D. is a .general surgeon with Riverside Hampton Roads Surgical Specialists in Williamsburg. Dr. Kraus received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia School of Medicine. He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and performs surgery at Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg. 

Dr Kraus has extensive experience in endoscopy, thyroid surgery and hernia repair as well as foregut, colon and gallbladder surgeries. He enjoys the immediate results that surgery can provide his patients.

Dr. Kraus is a Newport News native, who grew up fishing on the James River. For the past several years, he has divided his practice between the U.S. and East Africa where he had the opportunity to treat patients who were injured by lions and elephants. He is also a writer with 14 published novels.


Doris A. Quintana, M.D. Doris-Quintana
Doris A. Quintana, M.D. is a general surgeon with Riverside Hampton Roads Surgical Specialists in Williamsburg. She performs surgery at Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg. She graduated from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and completed her residency at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She was a visiting clinician at the Mayo Clinic.
