The following services, facilities and amenities are covered by the Entrance and Monthly Fees:

Residence

• Maintenance of interior and exterior of residence and Patriots Colony’s appliances and fixtures.
• Grounds keeping (except private gardens).
• One covered parking space per residence. A one- or two-car garage per Greenspring Home.

Utilities, Taxes & Insurance

• All utilities except telephone.
• Trash removal from residence and common areas.
• Basic Cable TV.
• Individual heating/AC controls.
• Real Estate property taxes on residence.

Security

• Round the clock security, patrols and checks.
• 24-hour emergency response system.
• Monitored entry gate.

Dining

• Flexible meal plan so residents can eat when they want and where they want.
• Guest meals can be posted to dining account balance.
• A diverse menu with a variety of choices at each dining experience.
• Elegant dining rooms, yet casual dress.
• Informal buffet and take-out meals available.
• Dietetic consultant/special diets.

Housekeeping Services

• Weekly housekeeping service.
• Regularly scheduled heavy housekeeping to clean carpets, windows and appliances.

Wellness and Health Care

• On-site Wellness Clinic staffed by a licensed nurse.
• Holistic approach to wellness with social, spiritual and physical fitness programs.
• Personalized health advocacy should you be hospitalized or need care off-site.
• Various health screenings.
• Health education programs.
• Access to full continuum of health care, including discounted rates for those choosing LifeCare option.
