Patriots Colony is nestled on 90 acres of exquisite Virginia countryside. The site was specifically selected because it is protected through National Park Service easements. The community is graced by tall deciduous trees, and the surrounding forests provide an excellent habitat for a variety of birds and wildlife.
This land is a prime location for retirement, since it is only minutes from historic downtown Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary, and a short drive from Colonial Parkway, which leads to the battlefields of Yorktown and the original Jamestown Settlement. Other nearby attractions include six military bases, world-class golf courses, the Prime Outlets in Williamsburg, and both the Mariners’ Museum and Virginia Living Museum, in Newport News.
Patriots Colony is located at 6000 Patriots Colony Drive Williamsburg, VA 23188 or phone toll-free (800) 716-9000. When visiting, you’ll need to stop at the security gate, so it’s best to have an appointment.
