Craig Connors
Executive Director

Craig is responsible for oversight and administration of Riverside PACE.  He works with PACE staff to ensure Riverside PACE meets all regulatory requirements and provides quality care to Participants.  Craig’s prior roles included experience with Medicaid and Medicare, health insurance, pharmaceuticals, and the and the United States Navy.

Sharon Petitjean, M.D.
Medical Director

Sharon Petitjean is the Medical Director of Riverside PACE.
She graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine in 1988, completed a residency in Family Practice at Riverside and a 2 year Geriatric Fellowship at University of Cincinnati.  In addition to PACE,  she is part of the faculty at Riverside's Family Practice Residency and Medical Director of the Dementia Unit at The Gardens at Warwick Forest.   Dr. Petitjean has 3 sons and has interests in theatre, soccer and metaphysics.

Doris Mosocco, CHCE, RN, BSN, MHA
Site Director

Doris joined the team of Riverside PACE in December 2007 and currently serves as the program’s Site Director.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Medical College of Virginia and completed her Master’s degree in Health Administration in 2008.  Doris has over 20 years experience in health care management to include regional oversight of home care agencies, accreditation, compliance, quality improvement, staff development, and marketing.  During her career, she has spoken at National Health Care conventions and authored several articles on home care.  Doris currently serves as Department Editor for a national home care trade magazine. PACE is the future of Medical Care and she is very excited to be a part of this comprehensive and holistic approach in caring for our elderly population.

Donna Fitzgerald
Marketing Manager

Donna joined Riverside PACE in August, 2007.   She worked for Riverside Behavioral Health Center as the Community Liaison for Residential Services.  Her previous experience includes 15 years in the Marketing Department at Busch Gardens Williamsburg serving in various roles, with the last 7 of those years as the Marketing Analyst.  She is proud to be a part of the PACE team and is very excited to share the benefits of the PACE program to the community.

Julie VanderMolen, M.Ed., CTRS
Recreational Therapy Manager

Julie joined Riverside Health Systems in September, 2007 and is the Recreational Therapy Coordinator for Riverside PACE.  Julie is a certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS) and a graduate of Troy University, Troy, Alabama and Lourdes College, Sylvania, Ohio.

Sarah Lally, RN, BSN
Home Care Manager

Sarah has been employed with Riverside Health Systems since January of 2003. She graduated from Christopher Newport University in May of 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She has experience in both Telemetry and Hospice. She is very excited and enthusiastic to take part in this program of all inclusive care for the frail elderly.

Courtney Bareford
Business Office Manager

Courtney has been with Riverside Health System since 2001.  She previously worked with the Riverside Convalescent Centers branch of the Health system.

Tabitha Billigmeier
Office Manager

Tabitha has been with Riverside since 2005.  She graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. 

Gail Reedy, BA, CPFM
Food Service Manager

Gail has worked in the Riverside Health System for 18 years as a foodservice Supervisor/Diet Clerk.  She is a graduate of TNCC and Hampton University.  Gail joined PACE as Foodservice Coordinator in September, 2007.
