The 32nd Annual Hampton Roads Trauma Symposium will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm at the Williamsburg Double Tree by Hilton. Please join us for a day focused on New Era, New Problems: The Latest and Greatest Preventative Measures in Trauma.

FROM RICHMOND/ I-64 EAST: Take Exit 242A to merge onto VA-199 toward Williamsburg/ Jamestown. Tale US-60 toward Williamsburg/ Busch Gardens. Turn right onto US-60E / Pocahontas Trail. Take third right onto Kingsmill Road. Hotel will be on the right.

FROM NORFOLK / I-64 WEST: Take Exit 243A for US-60. Turn left onto US-60 W/ Pocahontas Trail. Turn left onto Kingsmill Road. Hotel will be on the right.
