Traveling? Pack for a workout

Exercise doesn't need to go by the wayside when you're traveling. Call your hotel and ask about on-site or nearby fitness facilities or equipment, such as treadmills, weight machines, running tracks, pools, tennis courts and outdoor trails. Then pack accordingly. Consider putting these things in your suitcase: athletic shoes, exercise clothing, swimsuit, jump-rope, resistance bands and an MP3 player.
