How well do you wash your hands?

Washing your hands properly, and often, is one of the best ways to avoid getting sick. Above all, take your time. Using plenty of soap and warm water, rub your hands vigorously for at least 20 seconds. Scrub all surfaces, including the backs of your hands, wrists, between your fingers and under your fingernails. If soap and water aren't available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
