Have a leg cramp?

If you have a leg cramp, you may be able to make it go away. Try these tips: 1. Walk on the affected leg. 2. Massage the affected muscle with your hands or with ice. 3. Straighten your leg and flex your foot toward your knee until you feel the calf muscles stretch. 4. Take a hot shower or warm bath.
