Are leg cramps disturbing your sleep?

Leg cramps are most common during rest or sleep. To prevent leg cramps, stretch your calves and feet for a few minutes before bedtime. Or take a few spins on your stationary bike. It may also help to wear shoes that have proper support and drink plenty of fluids during the day.
