You can sleep a little longer when you're prepared

No matter how hard I try, I am simply not a morning person. So I end up getting out of bed at the last possible moment. It's good for my sleep but not so good for breakfast. One thing that has helped me get something nutritious in the mornings is cutting up fruit on Sunday evenings and putting the pieces in small, well-sealed containers to last the week. At the same time I also bag up five days' worth of low-salted mixed nuts so I have a healthy snack during the day. By preparing my own convenient "grab and go" bags, I make sure I have something nutritious and tasty to start the day and I still get to enjoy these extra few minutes of sleep.
