Dental Plans

Optional dental coverage is available for eligible team members and their eligible family members using pre-tax dollars.

New for 2013
Riverside has added coverage for implants at 10% of the allowable charge to the Delta Premier II with no increase in premium. This will restrict dentists to the allowable charge per Delta Dental and should reduce costs for members.  This new coverage will have a six-month waiting period. However, participants will receive credit for time already served in either Delta Premier I or Delta Premier II.

Delta Dental's Prevention First will be added to the Delta Premier II plan. This means that diagnostic and preventative care will not count against your annual maximum benefit when you see a PPO participating dentist beginning in 2013.

Dental Plans Comparison
The Dental Plans Comparison document provides a brief description of important features of the Delta Dental PPO plus Premier dental program. Under this program, you may use any dentist you wish. However, your out-of-pocket costs may be lower when you select a dentist who participates with Delta Dental.
