Licensed for 43 participants in Newport News and 25 participants in Williamsburg, both centers provide supervised day services for adults. Lunch and snacks are included. Staffed by recreation therapists and certified nursing aides, the centers provide the kind of professional care you'd expect from Riverside.

Active programs include outings, guest speakers, singing, current events discussion, crafts and exercise. Adult Day Care is a great option for many adults.

Both locations include a multi-purpose room, kitchen area, and space for quiet time. Surprisingly affordable, program costs are covered by private pay, Medicaid, and Title XX funding for certain individuals. Participants may visit with us for a day or several times a week; to learn more about eligibility criteria, please call or stop by.
