Relocation Assistance

Our Transitions Program offers assistance and special programs to therapists who are considering joining our team.

Sign-on Bonuses
Therapists may be eligible to receive sign-on bonuses and/or relocation assistance up to a maximum of $10,000 when they join our company. Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance generally involve a work commitment, signed by the new team member. Please call Shannon Overby in our Talent Recruitment Center at (757) 534-5893 for more information.

Mentorships
Our work environment is one of support and encouragement. Our mentorships build confidence and culture, as well as help us maintain consistent, high quality care. We have active relationships with colleges and universities across the region.

Loan Assistance for New Graduates
We recognize that many new therapists enter the career field with sizable loan obligations. Our loan assistance program helps eligible part-time and full-time physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists get a strong start in a new workplace. We determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis, based on organizational need, specific case justification, and budget limitations.
