Staffing Resources
Our Staffing Resources Center helps Riverside align and optimize labor resources across the health system by creating a pool of qualified and experienced staff. The valuable team members who sign up to be part of our system-wide labor pool help us supplement current staffing during times of recruitment, leave or other temporary staffing needs. We invite qualified and experienced candidates to join us. Current Riverside team members are also eligible to become part of the pool and pick up shifts in other Riverside locations as time allows in their current schedule.
NEW! Starting in June 2012, licensed practical nurses with at least one year of experience can apply to be part of our system-wide labor pool.
Current Opportunities
Registered Nurses
Registered Nurses can now join our system-wide labor pool to sign up for available shifts at our Acute Care facilities. This option is available to externally-hired staff as well as currently-employed Riverside team members. To show our gratitude and appreciation, current eligible Registered Nurses will receive an incentive of $6.25/hour and paid travel time when they float.
Office Assistants and Medical Assistants

myShifts Online Scheduling Tool
myShifts is our online tool used by Staffing Resources to schedule shifts for those who join our system-wide labor pool. When you become part of Riverside Staffing Resources, you will be able to login to myShifts and see available opportunities.
