Evening Nursing Supervisor - Patriots Colony
Patriots Colony at Williamsburg, a premier Continuum of Care Retirement Community located off of Route 5, has a great leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team as our Evening Supervisor. This is a full time position with an excellent benefits package, and the hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The Evening Supervisor is an important member of our nursing leadership team, and is responsible for assisting our Nurses and CNA's to ensure the clinical needs of our residents are being met. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as the supervisor interacts a great deal with our residents, family members and visitors. The ideal candidate will also possess strong organizational and leadership skills, and prior management experience in long term care or related health care setting is preferred. An unrestricted RN license is required. Must be a graduate of a School of Nursing, either through an AS, Diploma or BSN program. We are also seeking someone who has previous supervisory or management experience in a long term or acute care setting.
