PACE is a national program but is fairly new to Eastern Virginia. PACE empowers those who join the program to remain in their homes by providing comprehensive medical and social services. We help seniors continue to live in the homes and community they love, while visiting us for the compassionate, quality care they need.

Riverside currently operates one PACE center in Hampton and two centers in Richmond. We will soon open an additional PACE location in Petersburg so we are searching for experienced, dedicated individuals to join our interdisciplinary team of professionals.

• a minimum of 1 year experience working with a frail and elderly population;
• a satisfactory criminal history and reference background checks per licensing;
• a valid Virginia driver's license with 5 years satisfactory driving record;
• the ability to travel throughout the greater Richmond area.
