Clinical Applications Analyst
Riverside Health System is seeking a full time Clinical Applications Analyst. This individual reports to the Manager of Information Systems Physician Services. Clinical Analyst with extensive knowledge of all RHS clinical based applications. Understands and analyzes both hospital based and outpatient physician practice operations and adapts them to a highly integrated information system. Job duties include: directly supporting all of the RHS Medical Staff providers, RMG providers, and clinical resources in the physician practice setting. Designs and conducts classroom training. Provides regular rounding and support at all RHS Hospitals and community physician practices. Implements and troubleshoots healthcare information systems. Active participation in customer support on-call duties. Maintains system security for specific applications. Performs other duties, as assigned. Educational Requirements Clinical Licensure, Clinical Certification or degree preferred. Certification & Licensures: Minimum Requirements Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience using Soarian and/or Centricity EMR required. (May consider equal experience using similar EHR applications). Minimum of 3 years experience directly supporting physicians and clinical operations in the hospital or physician practice setting. Must be proficient using Microsoft applications. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with the following a plus: Teaching/training in person and via web, familiarity with medical documentation requirements and medical regulatory requirements. MOTOR SKILL

Telecom Manager
Job Summary Riverside Health System is currently seeking a full time Manager of Telecom. This individual reports to Director of Information Systems. This position will provide leadership for the Telecommunications areas of Riverside Health System with a focus on the telecommunications infrastructure including thousands of handsets and hundreds of switches. Responsibilities will include leading and directing the Telecommunications team, setting strategy and vision for future direction, managing installs and resolution of issues, and working closely with upper management and the networking infrastructure team. Will also include mentoring and coaching team members on quality, providing technical guidance, and process improvement principles. Will provide technical expertise in the design and implementation activities to ensure that all implemented solutions, including modifications, are tested and signed off by customer, communicated to all customers affected, and carried through to implementation, minimizing problems and delays, and maintaining smooth operations and integrity of the system. Phone systems are Avaya and Network systems are Cisco. Must be well versed and have hands on experience in both vendors. Perform other duties, as assigned. Shift Day Shift with on call support to include weekend or holiday coverage Education Requirements Bachelors Degree Required Experience Requirements Extensive experience managing large scale telecommunications environments with a focus on integrating technologies and VoIP. This person should have a deep understanding of Avaya voice and Cisco network wide area and local area network technologies.

Training & Implementation Specialist
Riverside Health System is seeking a full time Information Systems Training & Implementation Specialist. This individual works under the supervision of the I. S. Physician Services Director and Manger. Performs a wide range of duties essential to the use of Centricity Electronic Medical Record, HealthMEDX and other I. S. Physician related applications throughout the RHS physician network and RHS affiliated practices. Possesses the ability to understand and analyze clinical and clerical processes and adapt them to a highly integrated information system. Job duties include: writing, implementing, training and troubleshooting healthcare information systems EMR. Perform other duties, as assigned. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be computer literate and keyboard proficient. Trained or experienced in using MS Office applications Certification & Licensures:: Minimum Requirements Experience Requirements 3 years experience using or training on the Centricity Physician Office Electronic Medical record within a practice setting is required, 5 years preferred.
