IS Clinical Analyst

JOB SUMMARY: Reports to Clinical Systems Manager in department of Information Systems. Clinical Analyst with the ability to understand and analyze clinical processes and adapt them to a highly integrated information system. Job duties include: Designing, writing, implementing, and troubleshooting healthcare information systems. Active participation in customer support on-call duties; Perform other duties, as assigned. EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred EXPERIENCE: Requires a solid working knowledge of hospital workflows and the use of information in clinical departments. Experience with the following a plus: Siemens Pharmacy, Siemens Invision, Siemens Soarian, or Siemens Document Imaging.

Sr. IS Analyst- Web Systems

Reports to the Manager of Research and Development. Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining web systems infrastructure and support of web based applications. Responsibilities include maintenance of: Web servers, database servers, load balancers, authorization servers, web log analytics, SSL certificate management and server virtualization. Functions as high level support resource for the Information Systems department. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security and operation of web systems and applications within the health system. Perform other duties, as assigned. 4-year degree preferred, Industry Certifications preferred (Microsoft, VMware, etc.) Requires experience with: TCP/IP Internetworking; Windows system administration; Microsoft Active Directory administration; email systems; Project management; End user training; Technical documentation. Desired experience: troubleshooting network firewalls; load balancing devices; RADIUS/IAS authentication; network security; VPNs and encryption.
