PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly) is a community-based program which provides patients with all necessary health services while they stay in their homes. It covers many different types of services including a day center, personal care in the home, Lifeline emergency response system, transportation to appointments, delivery of medical supplies, therapy, as well as inpatient services. Works under the supervision of the Transportation Manager to provide safe and timely transportation to PACE participants to and from their destination utilizing the PACE Center vans. Requires a valid Drivers License with a five (5) year safe driving record. Riverside Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a Full Time HVAC Mechanic to join their team. Works under the supervision of the Facilities Engineering Department Management. Performs preventive maintenance inspections on HVAC/Refrigeration equipment and systems. Troubleshoots failures and performs corrective maintenance on HVAC/Refrigeration equipment and systems. Installs, recognizes the cause of faulty equipment, makes repairs, modifies and relocates equipment on special purpose air conditioning and refrigeration units and systems. Reviews plans or specifications, determines the size, shape and location of equipment and installs or plans the installation to meet the conditions of the experiment or test. Modifies, alters, or substitutes components and elements of the system in order to meet specific conditions, and accomplishes repairs and modifications to meet conditions required. Diagnoses and corrects malfunctions in electronic pneumatic automatic control system circuits. Performs corrective actions on all types of pneumatic actuated valves, thermostats and associated controls in control air applications. Installs repairs and replaces pipes and fittings to maintain the heating, water, and drainage systems throughout the hospital. This includes, but is not limited to the heating hot water system, domestic water system, chilled water system and low pressure steam and condensate system. Ability to solder, sweat and braze. Prepares areas where piping work is to be performed by taking apart and securing current systems. Plans the installation of new piping by reading blueprints/schematics to determine how and where to place the piping. Fixes and/or replaces broken pipes and refrigeration/air conditioning equipment in a fashion that prevents leaks. Tests piping lines to ensure they can maintain the proper amount of pressure. Fixes steam systems/boilers by repairing pumps and heat exchanges, removing and replacing coils and replacing valves and associated equipment. EDUCATION: High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred. Graduate of a trade or vocational school with courses in air conditioning/refrigeration and blueprint reading. MEDICAL RECORDS
Job Summary: This position works under the direct supervision of the Office Manager. The Medcial File Records Supervisor (FRS) is responsible for ensuring proper maintenance of all the patient charts in the office. The FRS will ensure that all records are pulled for upcoming appointments, additionally, ensures that all appropriate paperwork (lab reports, dictations, testing, etc) is available and secured according to established standards and guidelines in a timely manner. Once the patient chart is returned to Medical Records, it is processed and re-filed according to established standards and guidelines. The FRS also ensures that all Medical Records Releases are performed following correct protocols for releasing records. The FRS is responsible for day to day activities of assigned file records clerks in the completions of their assigned duties to reach mission goals of medical records. Resonsible for the mentoring/grooming of assigned department staff to include providing timely/meaningful feedback & guidance. Education: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent preferred. Experience: 3-5 years in a Medical Office strongly preferred.

The Supply Chain Management Tech position provides materials management support for key Supply Chain activities and initiatives including receiving, warehouse, logistics and inventory management for the Riverside Health System. Break down stock into unit of issue and place items in proper storage area/par closet in a "FIFO" method. Extract critical reports and replenish all PARs with needed supplies from PAR Excellence Computer. Count and replenish PARs using handheld computer. Utilize the Lawson Materials Management Information System to key, extract information and print documents. Conduct periodic cycle counts with assistance from other Supply Chain Management staff. Record stock out/low level product situations as designated within storeroom. Pick and fill over the counter and departmental requisitions accurately. Fully cross train in all areas of the distribution process for the OR Storeroom, Central distribution and act as a backup when needed. Assist in other areas of Supply Chain Management as required and performs other assigned tasks as needed.
