Maintain Par Ex system including par replenishment, stock level adjustments, item adds, new buttons and labels, and reporting for Nurse Managers. Responsible for the productivity of workers, reporting any and all deficiencies to the attention of his/her manager/Supervisor. Ensure all attendants follow established policies and procedures when processing goods received and distributed. During vacation, holiday or sick time, performs all duties of the Distribution/Receiving Attendant in maintaining the storeroom and par closets. Assists the Clinical Resource Manager and the Systems Analyst with special projects to promote the overall efficiencies of the storeroom to ensure quality patient care. Fully cross train in all areas of the distribution process for the OR Storeroom and Central distribution. Coordinate items to be added, deleted or charged to the Storeroom.
