Job Summary: Works under the direct supervision of the Coding Manager/HIMS Director. Responsible for following all policies and procedures associated with the coding classification schemes (SNOWMED, ICD 9, ICD 10, CPT) to assign diagnostic and procedural codes to a variety of patient type records.
