Services offered include an onsite day center, care in the home, transportation, medical supplies, therapy, meals, inpatient and outpatient medical services, Lifeline emergency response system and other assistive technology. The PACE Executive Director works under the general supervision of the Vice President of Home and Community Based Services to provide oversight and administration of Riverside PACE programs currently established in Hampton and Richmond, VA. The Executive Director assumes the regulatory role of PACE Program Director. Responsible for all aspects of PACE operations including PACE Center operations, financial performance, census, regulatory compliance, provider network contracting, care coordination processes, policies and procedures, staffing, and quality outcomes. Ensures PACE participants and their families receive excellent care and support. Masters Degree in Nursing, Health Administration or Business preferred. Experience managing people, processes, and operations in health care required. Leadership experience in managed care and/or geriatric service delivery preferred. At least five (5) years of experience working in PACE preferred. At least one (1) year experience with a frail or elderly population is required. Working knowledge of health delivery systems and the long term care continuum needed. Experience in new program development helpful. Satisfactory background check required per licensing.
