The Patient Safety Manager will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and high reliability, analyzing and identifying trends from adverse-event reports, facilitating analysis for adverse events and supporting educational programs in patient safety. The Patient Safety Manager will collaborate with other RHS Quality and Safety leaders in the health system to ensure organizational learning, and to help to standardize processes, methods and tools across the health system. The Patient Safety Manager will act a lead resource for event reporting within RMG and the deployment of fair and just culture. In this role, the Patient Safety Manager will develop capability within rCare to support RMGs needs related to patient safety event reporting. The Patient Safety Manager will lead the RMG RCA Advisory Committee and will provide support for the RMG Peer Review Committee. Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital located in Nassawadox, VA is seeking a full time Plant Operations Director. The Plant Operations Director is responsible to executive leadership for the organizing, planning, directing, and evaluating Plant Operations, building projects, building maintenance security and disaster preparedness.
