Job Summary: Develop, implement, and/or maintain business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses, strategy selection, and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures. Plan, conduct, and debrief regular mock-disaster exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating procedures and plans regularly, and conducting education on business continuity and disaster recovery. Job Summary:

Directs, designs, manages, monitors and evaluates all operational functions and activities of the Central Transition (CT) Department. Clinical Documentation Integrity Director

Riverside Health System currently is seeking a full-time Clinical Documentation Integrity Director.

Job Summary: The CDI Director supports multiple acute care hospitals within the program for Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI). The CDI director implements and provides oversight for the organizational clinical documentation improvement program in an organized and standardized manner, to include the establishment of program success metrics. The Director insures the CDI team completes admission reviews of patient records to (a) evaluate documentation to assign the principal diagnosis, pertinent secondary diagnoses, and procedures for accurate and optimal DRG assignment; (b) evaluate appropriateness of documentation to support quality standards; (c) initiate a review worksheet; and (c) coordinate documentation queries to providers from all team members seeking to improve documentation accuracy (CDI members, Coding and Revenue Cycle team members, Care Management/Utilization Review team members). The Director insures CDI team members conduct timely follow up and prompt providers regarding missing, unclear or conflicting medical record documentation. The CDI Director collaborates with HIMS, Revenue Cycle and CM/UR regarding education and support of providers. The CDI Director participates in the analysis and trending of statistical data for specified patient populations to identify opportunities for improvement. The Director participates in chart reviews as needed, conducts data and root cause analysis and provides feedback and findings with leadership. The Director recruits, hires and trains CDI staff that will function at the organization's hospitals and designs staffing programs, cross coverage, etc. that ensures efficiency and stability in the program. The CDI Director serves as an expert resource in reviewing documentation requirements for all payer types (CMS, RAC, Medicare Advantage, Commercial payors, etc).

Job Summary: Responsible to the facility Administrator and the Department Medical Director. Functions as the Director and General Supervisor for waived, moderate and high complexity testing with responsibility for the overall coordination and operation of the laboratory services for a 24 hr / 365 day operation. The applicant would directly supervise 11 to 12 experienced Medical Laboratory professionals and one Cardiopulmonary Manager. Job Summary: Works under the general supervision of the Vice President of PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and in very close collaboration with the PACE Medical Director and Riverside VP of Care Management. Directs all functions and activities related to utilization, case and disease management in PACE. Has in-direct management oversight of clinical and other departmental operations at Riverside PACE and ACS Centers. This includes clinic/nursing and home care departments, transportation, food services, social services, and other operational departments within Riverside PACE. Works with the PACE interdisciplinary teams to implement best practice holistic preventive interventions. PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly) is a community-based program which provides patients with all necessary health services while they stay in their homes. It covers many different types of services including a day center, personal care in the home, home based emergency response system, transportation to appointments, delivery of medical supplies, therapy, as well as inpatient services. JOB SUMMARY:Works under the supervision of the PACE Senior Nurse Manager, oversees the day to day operations of the PACE In-Home Services program. Responsible for all in-home services staff, including RNs, LPNs, Schedulers and Office Assistants. Job Summary: Works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Managers and assumes responsibility for the smooth and effective operation of the hospital in the absence of the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing. Assists team members in the interpretation and application of facility policy. Coordinates the provision of appropriate staffing levels and resources for quality patient care. Makes rounds throughout the facility to assess facility operations and respond effectively to situations that arise. This position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served within Facility. The Nursing Supervisor may work in a variety of settings and roles within Riverside Health System. May perform in RN role by assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total nursing care of assigned patients. The Nursing Supervisor utilizes communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making to oversee patient care throughout facility based on physiological, psychosocial and cultural diversity. Responsible for supervising and delegating non-professional personnel working directly with him/her to ensure optimum patient care. Works collaboratively with the leadership team to provide a comprehensive range of services for clinical care associated with and in accordance with standards of excellence established by Riverside Health system and facility goals and strategic plans.

Education: RN degree required. BSN preferred.
