Dietcise is an 8-week program that combines effective fat-burning exercise in a non-intimidating group setting with nutrition education emphasizing balance, variety and moderation. Certified Aerobic Instructors teach the exercise program and Registered Dietitians teach the nutrition classes.

Multiple Sclerosis Support Group

The Peninsula Parkinson's Support Group offers strategies on how to deal with challenges, enhance your health and wellness and maintain your quality of life to the highest degree possible. You have the opportunity to see how your experience, while unique to your particular situation, is part of a larger world of similar circumstances and people. Simply put, you realize that you are not alone.

Hospice Volunteer Training
Riverside Hospice offers an 8-hour training course to teach you the skills you need to become a volunteer for our hospice services. This one-day course is held on a Saturday and includes a complimentary lunch. There is no fee for the course.
