| The Doctor Is In is an informative health lecture series sponsored by Riverside Medical Group. On the last Wednesday of each month, The Doctor Is In offers community residents an interesting and relevant discussion of health topics that are of special interest to older adults and women. |

| Dietcise is an 8-week program that combines effective fat-burning exercise in a non-intimidating group setting with nutrition education emphasizing balance, variety and moderation. Certified Aerobic Instructors teach the exercise program and Registered Dietitians teach the nutrition classes. |
