Dietcise is an 8-week program that combines effective fat-burning exercise in a non-intimidating group setting with nutrition education emphasizing balance, variety and moderation. Certified Aerobic Instructors teach the exercise program and Registered Dietitians teach the nutrition classes.

Hospice Volunteer Training
Riverside Hospice offers an 8-hour training course to teach you the skills you need to become a volunteer for our hospice services. This one-day course is held on a Saturday and includes a complimentary lunch. There is no fee for the course.
