Transcript Requests
Transcripts are available to all graduates of Riverside School of Health Careers. To receive a transcript, please complete the Transcript Request Form and submit the form to the School Registrar, with a $7.00 fee for each transcript requested. Please allow 5-10 business days to process transcript requests. All directions and needed addresses are included on the form.
